It’s translucent, not transparent. You can make out the shapes and colours of what’s inside without any of the detail being readable. The zipped inside pocket keeps whatever you’d rather not show out of sight.

No. We use TPU, not PVC. PVC yellows within months because its plasticisers migrate to the surface. Our material contains none: it costs more to produce, and that is exactly why we chose it.

The Medium (35 × 27 × 15 cm) takes a 13-inch laptop, a pouch, a wallet and a 500 ml bottle: it’s the everyday size. The Large (40 × 31 × 15 cm) also takes an A4 folder upright, a 14-inch laptop and a rolled-up jumper: it’s the size for class, office and weekends. Yes. The padlock is removable and comes with its key. It attaches to the metal-clasp flap. You can also take it off and keep just the clasp.

Delivery is free over €69 in France and the European Union; below that it is €4.90 in France and €7.90 in the European Union. European duties and taxes are already settled at dispatch: you have nothing to pay on arrival. You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.

A soft, slightly damp cloth, with a little neutral soap if needed. Dry with a dry cloth afterwards. Avoid alcohol, acetone and disinfectant wipes: they dull the matte surface. Never a washing machine or a hairdryer.

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. The tote must come back in its original condition, unused, with its padlock and key. Return postage is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival — in that case we cover everything. Write to us and we’ll tell you what to do.

No, the accessories in the photos aren’t supplied: they’re there to show what you can do with the tote. The handles take most shop-bought charms, scarves and mini pouches.
